Mitratel, the leading and fastest growing Tower Company in Indonesia, has selected Streamline Towerco from Nasc Technologies to modernise its operations end to end, choosing Streamline in an RFP process that included several of the world’s top software providers.
“We looked closely at what was on the market, and concluded that Streamline was the most suited for our needs”, says Mitratel CEO Theodorus Ardi Hartoko. Streamline Towerco as a product is quite comprehensive, while at the same time being very configurable to our specific needs. On top of this, Nasc Technologies proved by be very agile and innovative, for example with their AI platform that is already now helping us to predict our future sales volumes”. Theodorus continued, “we have already launched several modules in short period, and once the project is complete we will be managing our operations seamlessly on Streamline Towerco, all the way from marketing and sales orders to site acquisition to rollout and even covering billing and then site maintenance”.

Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure. Mitratel began treading the telecommunications tower business in 2008. Until now, Mitratel has managed more than 16,000 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. All Indonesian cellular operators have become tenants by placing their BTS devices in the Mitratel tower.
